Now, back to the news!

As you may have heard, Mojang is allowing users to switch their username to any non-taken username through a system called "UUID" - "Universal Unique Identity". As expected, this also means that any plugin that records data using a username will require an update, so expect some downtime for updates and stuff!

Once the update is released, don't change your username otherwise you will not be able to login to the server! We are implementing a system which will track UUIDs and prevent players with changed usernames but the same UUID logging into the server to prevent breakages until everything is updated and tested. This is only temporary, and we have a system laid out after this to handle username changes (We won't totally ignore the update and pretend it didn't happen!)
